The Flightview Elite app is a comprehensive flight tracking tool that is a must-have for air travelers. It provides real-time flight information, airport delay status, and flight boards for top airports. The My Home page provides a quick view of your home airport's current status and upcoming trips. Flight status push alerts keep you updated on any changes to your stored flights in My Trips.

Driving directions to the airport are also integrated with the iPhone Maps app.

The My Trips feature is particularly handy for organizing your travel plans. Simply forward your itinerary confirmation email to Trips@Flightview.com, and it will automatically load into your My Trips section on all your devices. Trips are synced across devices and can be quickly accessed on www.Flightview.com as well.

Flightview Elite also provides valuable airport delay information. You can view a color-coded map of airport delays in the US and Canada, overlaid with weather information. The app also displays a list of airports currently experiencing the biggest departure delays, as well as Flightview's proprietary Airport Delay Index for major airports in North America.

In addition to its flight tracking and airport delay features, Flightview Elite offers several other useful tools. Users can post their flight or trip details to their iPhone calendar, share trip itineraries via email or SMS, and even post their travel plans on Facebook. The app also integrates with Facebook login for easy access.

Weather information is conveniently displayed on the Flight Details screen, showing current conditions at arrival and departure airports. You can also check the 7-day weather forecast for both ends of your trip.

For further assistance, Flightview Elite includes a help section with FAQs, flight tracking tips, flight status definitions, and flight tracking terms.
